About the RoleThe Executive Assistant will provide administrative and operational support for a group of Investment Platform professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, multi‑tasking skills, excellent attention to detail, outstanding service orientation, persistence, mature judgment, diplomacy, and discretion. They will be a team player with a strong work ethic and the capacity to prioritize in a deadline‑driven environment while representing senior firm leadership with multiple internal and external constituencies.
Responsibilities- Manage the overall daily support needs of the team, including complex and proactive calendar scheduling across multiple time zones for a global team.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, off‑sites, and events.
- Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring they are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Conduct research and generate various reports using internal and external information systems.
- Provide cross‑coverage and backup support to other Assistants and related leadership groups.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects as needed, supporting both the immediate team and broader firm leadership.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within an administrative role in asset management.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, One Note, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Experience logging meetings with Corp Axe a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, high level of reliability, professionalism, and discretion.
- Strong service orientation and proactive problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, multi‑tasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Fastidious detail orientation and overall work quality.
- Ability to work under deadlines and accommodate last‑minute changes.
- Positive, can‑do attitude; flexibility; sense of humor.
Base salary range for this position is: USD
60,000 – 110,000. This range takes into account factors such as skill set, role, certifications, and education. Base salary is only one component of Wellington’s total compensation approach, which may also include discretionary corporate bonus and/or incentives, if eligible.
