Role Summary

This role is tailored for you as an Executive Assistant with an interest in fashion, technology, and sustainability. You will support Technology and Sustainability leaders, manage heavy calendars, coordinate travel and expenses, assist with team events, and perform a variety of administrative tasks to enable smooth operations.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and reschedule important meetings and manage executives’ calendars.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and processing of expenses.
  • Source venues for team events, plan offsites, and assist with presentation preparation.
  • Support with meeting notes, conference room bookings, and general executive support.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Sustainability leaders and adapt to various working styles.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful, proactive problem-solver with a team-player mindset and self-starter attitude.
  • Collaborative with a sharp eye for detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Interest in fashion and technology, and sustainability is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate multiple executives’ needs and travel logistics effectively.

Compensation

& Benefits

Compensation Range: 34.00 USD – 43.00 USD per hour. Our offer is based on relevant experience and location. We offer a generous set of benefits for team members working over 30 hours.
