Cashier​/Receptionist

Location: Greenvale

We are looking for a Cashier/Receptionist to join our growing team!

The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, assisting in scheduling service appointments, receiving payments. Saturdays a must!

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects
• Work cooperatively with all departments and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Receive payments and maintain cash drawer
• Complete loaner vehicle paperwork
• Look up customer information for recalls
• Morning reconciliation of prior day's receipts
• Filing paperwork
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
• Maintain clean workspace
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
