Summary

The Retail Operations Trainee participates in a 12-month corporate program supporting the Retail Operations team to drive consistent, efficient store operations. The role combines administrative coordination, data analysis, SOP development, and project support to improve operational performance and prepare presentations for leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations including calendar coordination and preparation of presentations and reports
  • Organize and maintain departmental digital assets on SharePoint and Teams
  • Manage administrative aspects of the retail uniform program including allocation tracking and order processing
  • Track and analyze boutique, regional, and system performance metrics and audit-related reporting
  • Conduct boutique visits to assess SOP adherence and gather field feedback
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities from data and observations to inform improvements
  • Assist in development and maintenance of training materials and digital content for Retail Excellence
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and departmental projects
  • Contribute to departmental projects and shorter initiatives as assigned
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of prior experience
  • Available for a full-time 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027, M-F 9-6pm with Friday remote work
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI and Outlook
  • Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus
