We are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to add to our team. This position manages service agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. With a solid reputation in the market, an ever growing client base, cutting edge products and services, now is a great time to join our team.
RequiredEducation and Experience
- High School/ GED diploma required
- One year of experience working in a professional, service or contract administrative oriented environment
- Create new contract renewal proposals.
- Audit client accounts in order to reduce contract backlog and company liability.
- Retrieve copies of active service contracts for clients upon request.
- Identify opportunities to present multi-year contracts to existing client base.
- Prepare metrics reports for sales management.
- Provide sales support to clients and co‑workers when applicable
- Strong multi‑tasking and follow‑up skills
- Strong telephone communication skills
- Above average proficiency in computer literacy and applications, i.e. MS Excel, Outlook, Word, Docusign, PDF
- Working knowledge of SaaS Platforms such as Docusign, Pandadoc, Hub Spot, Salesforce
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to produce quality results.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and be multi‑talented to meet aggressive time schedules.
- Ability to work with difficult clients, ensuring that their needs are met.
