Job Summary
The office Hospitality Associate provides exceptional guest services and administrative assistance. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment while supporting hospitality services with various tasks.

Rate$21 - $22 per hour
Responsibilities- Provide conference services support by coordinating catering, setting up and breaking down room setups, performing light A/V, and additional logistics for client meetings.
- Communicate with vendors and build support teams appropriately to ensure timely and orderly operational execution of meetings.
- Oversee the conference room schedule and assemble reports on the use of the space.
- Manage and place food and beverage orders with catering vendors.
- Recommend orders and track catering orders.
- Reconcile end-of-month chargeback reports and accounting receipts.
- Stock, maintain, and organize supplies in the conference room for assigned events.
- Establish & maintain a network of preferred 3rd party service partners.
- Maintain space, kitchen equipment & amenities.
- Conduct routine space and equipment inspections; resolve identified issues.
- Manage caterers, including providing access to space, proper set-up, clean-up, and compliance with building regulations.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event center/conference room space.
- Facilitate the proper organization and cleanliness of meeting/event space.
- Provide backfill support for Receptionist lunch breaks, etc.
- Place helpdesk tickets for facilities-related issues or requests.
- Other administrative duties as requested.
- High School diploma or GED
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or administrative roles is a plus
