Location: New York
A mission driven nonprofit organization is seeking a Communications Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to extend in Washington, D.C. About The Job:
Develop and coordinate communication materials (newsletters, toolkits, presentations) Provide writing, editing, and storytelling support for internal communications Coordinate project timelines and workflows using project management tools Support intranet rollout efforts, including content and communications coordination Assist with stakeholder engagement, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration Support campaign planning, toolkits, and organizational initiatives Develop content that highlights organizational impact and partnerships Provide project-based communications support for ongoing initiatives
About You:
Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years of communications, project coordination, or administrative experience Strong writing and editing skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint, Canva, or project platforms preferred About The Position:
