Mount Sinai - 1190 5th Avenue - Responsibilities:
Answers routine and specific inquiries, directing to appropriate department as needed;
Maintains and monitors department budget and grant allocations; prepares documents for review/approval;
Initiates and processes human resources and payroll transactions; coordinates with HR/payroll;
Manages inventory and procurement; coordinates with Purchasing for pricing and restocking;
Plans and coordinates forums, conferences, seminars, meetings, and visiting professorships; prepares participant packets and distributes minutes
