PT Office Coordinator

Location:

New York, NY

Pay Range: $25

Shift: Monday to Thursday 8:30AM-1:30PM, Friday 9:00AM-4:00PM (Part-time)

What's the Job?
  • Support the office manager and ensure smooth daily operations of the office environment
  • Greet visitors, staff, and clients professionally at the reception desk
  • Assist with mail services, including delivery, pickup, and processing incoming mail
  • Manage office supplies and pantry inventories to ensure availability and organization
  • Support office events, catering, and vendor coordination to enhance the employee experience
What's Needed?
  • Entry-level experience with basic familiarity with office software suites
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and bring lunches on a cart
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Availability to work part-time during scheduled hours with occasional overtime for special projects
