We're searching for a diligent and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative and financial support to our growing team. This role is heavily focused on accounts receivable functions while also supporting daily office operations.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate customer billing records, monitoring outstanding balances, following up on overdue accounts, and ensuring the timely collection of payments. In addition, you’ll assist with responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ordering office supplies, and helping to maintain efficient office procedures.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong communication and customer service skills, and is comfortable handling both administrative and financial responsibilities. Experience with accounts receivable, bookkeeping, invoicing, or accounting software is strongly preferred.
