We’re seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Assistant to support our team with administrative operations and day-to-day office coordination. What You’ll Do

As an HR Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of the department—helping ensure efficiency, organization, and a positive experience for employees and visitors alike.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism
  • Greet employees, candidates, and visitors
  • Create, edit, and maintain documents using Microsoft Office
  • Perform general clerical duties (filing, copying, mailing, etc.)
  • Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems

Coordination & Logistics

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and staff calendars
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory (including PCs)
  • Coordinate office space, phones, parking, and access (keys/cards)
  • Handle incoming packages and deliveries

HR & Team Support

  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including new employee orientation
  • Support HR team members with special projects and initiatives
  • Help coordinate travel, accommodations, and events for visitors
  • Maintain weekly staff schedules
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to type ~50 WPM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
