Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 (based on related experience)

The administrative assistant is responsible for the overall tracking, organization, and monitoring of Residential Services functions. The incumbent of the position must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 as well as other electronic systems to assist in the organization and monitoring of information. Performs typing, filing, program purchasing and ensures all office related functions are completed as necessary. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality, efficiency, and flexibility, having an understanding of Pathway’s, Inc.

Vision, Mission and Philosophy.

• Requires an Associate’s Degree in a related human service field. Related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Prefer at least one year of experience in the field of Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities, or related field. Computer experience/proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
