Scheduled Work Week: Full-Time Onsite (Monday – Friday) 8:00am – 4:00pm
Job SummaryProvide administrative and operational support to the Head of School
- Manages all general operations of the reception area of the school office (includes teacher and parent correspondence including phone, and email)
- Generates and distributes all school notices and information (calendars, events, scheduling of appointments)
- Responsible for maintaining and updating all student files, medical information and emergency contact information
- Works with Operations Department in the organization of classroom space, rental space within Riverside Church and all other room assignments for all events for the Weekday School
- Monitor supply inventory and assist with ordering materials as needed
- Help ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and health regulations
- Generates all tuition invoices. Works in conjunction with the Head of School to communicate any arrears in a timely and professional fashion
- Track and reconcile school expenses and petty cash Support lunch distribution to classrooms
- Support school socials and web page in partnership with Head of School and Communication Department
- Bachelor’s degree required in business administration or related field
- 3 – 5 years of administrative support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Canva
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate complex events and collaborate with various departments and ministries
- Knowledge of The Riverside Church and its mission required
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated work ethic
