The Program Coordinator for the Men's Sara Schenirer/Wurzweiler School of Social Work (SS/WSSW) MSW Program is an on‑site, in‑person administrative leader responsible for the Men's cohort and the department's outward‑facing event and technical operations. This role provides direct administrative management for the Men's Program Director, including professional inbox oversight, scheduling, and administrative workflows. It serves as the Departmental Lead for Events, CEUs, and Technology, ensuring a seamless digital experience for all students.
The role requires a professional presence and a dedication to utilizing AI and automation to enhance program delivery.
Monday‑Friday. Remote‑Eligible. Mandatory attendance at approximately five events per year in the Tri‑State Area.
Position Responsibilities- Administrative Operations:
Manage the professional inbox for the Men's Program Director; coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and maintain organized administrative filing systems. - Event & CEU Leadership (SS/WSSW Men's and Women's Programs):
Coordinate Care Cafes and Podcasts for both programs (speaker outreach, flyers, and logistics); issue and track all CEU certificates; send feedback forms on events. - Specialized Training (SS/WSSW Men's and Women's Programs):
Manage registration, scheduling, and certificates for Psychological First Aid (PFA) and Case Intensives for all students. - Tech & Canvas Support (SS/WSSW Men's and Women's Programs):
Provide expert support for Canvas, Zoom, and Turnitin for all professors and students; audit course shells for readiness and netiquette. - Automation & AI:
Dedicated to learning and implementing AI workflows to increase the efficiency of event planning and data management. - Financial & Hiring Ops:
Reconcile departmental PCards; screen student worker resumes and schedule interviews for new tech support hires. - On‑Site Execution:
Participate in the physical execution of orientations, special events, and graduation for the Men's program.
- High School Diploma required, two years of college preferred.
- Minimum of two years of administrative or operations experience.
- Operational Excellence:
Ability to manage complex logistics and troubleshoot challenges in person during live events. - Technical Proficiency:
Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and a commitment to mastering new AI‑driven tools. - Professional Liaison:
High‑level communication skills to act as a representative for the school to external speakers and vendors. - Community Knowledge:
Deep familiarity with the Haredi Community.
