Location: New York

Prestigious Asset Manager seeks a facilities team member for a high-tech, fast paced 250 person NYC office.

Responsibilities
  • Support maintenance and repairs and coordinate with building management and vendors
  • Assist with preparation and execution of internal moves
  • Support event set up and breakdown as needed
  • Stock and order food for pantries
  • Order and organize office supplies
  • Office space oversight, including storage and organization
  • Assist with daily lunch distribution
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships
Qualifications
  • Completed Associate’s degree required
  • Must have 3+ years in facilities management ideally in financial or professional services
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Comfortable climbing and working from a ladder to perform maintenance or organizational tasks
  • Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays
