Location: New York

A financial institution is seeking a Front Office Administrator who provides administrative and operational support to the Front Office, including Money Market and Loan functions. Responsibilities include transaction processing, report preparation, reconciliations, documentation, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities Money Market Support
  • Monitor funding positions and assist with daily funding plans.
  • Execute transactions with brokers and banks under management direction.
  • Prepare dealing tickets and related documentation.
  • Maintain transaction records and shared files.
  • Perform reconciliations with Back Office reports.
  • Provide coverage during manager absences.
Loan & Deposit Support
  • Collect loan information from counter parties.
  • Assist in preparing loan agreements and related documents.
  • Input data and prepare loan reports.
  • Support covenant monitoring and loan administration.
  • Maintain loan files and records.
  • Provide coverage during manager absences.
General Administration
  • Translate documents as needed.
  • Prepare ALM and internal management reports.
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections.
  • Prepare manuals and procedures.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Support process improvements and special projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Follow company policies and maintain ethical standards.
Compliance
  • Adhere to BSA/AML, OFAC, and all applicable regulations.
  • Complete required compliance training.
  • Escalate issues, complaints, or policy violations through proper channels.
Qualifications Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred.
  • Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
Skills
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
