The Workplace Experience Ambassador servesserves as initial point of contact for reception, hospitality and conference room services while ensuring a welcoming and well‑organized workplace. The candidate is responsible for delivering exceptional employee and guest experience through engagement, proactive communication and high touch service.
The ideal candidate is service‑oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and create exceptional experiences for every visitor and employee interaction.
What You’ll Do:- Reception:
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression - Manage calendars and scheduling for all conference rooms
- Oversee meeting and event coordination including services, setup, catering, and technology needs
- Manage the reception desk including answering and directing phone calls, handing inquiries and overseeing visitor check‑in procedures
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of common areas, conference rooms and shared work spaces
- Manage office supplies, kitchen stock and other workplace amenities to ensure a comfortable and stocked environment
- Liaise with vendors, building management and service providers to maintain optimal office operations
- Serve as the eyes and ears of assigned floors/buildings to bring experience to life, enabling a holistic perspective of the whole workday through strong engagement
- Observe the company culture, employee behavior and the environment to identify experiential needs
- Capture individual preferences of colleagues and guests for future visits and think creatively of ways to accommodate any special requests
- Conduct quality control walk‑throughs to address immediate issues, pre‑empt potential future issues and identify areas for improvement
- Support ad‑hoc administrative and facilities tasks as needed
- Office staff support includes greeting guests, helping administrative staff with daily tasks, sending, and receiving packages and mail, coordinating lunches. Business and personal errands for Executive staff on occasion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, reception, office services, workplace experience, or a similar customer‑facing role in a professional or corporate environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn workplace technology systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
