Legal Secretary

Global law firm is hiring a Legal Secretary to assist its established midtown Manhattan office.

The ideal candidate is an organized, diligent and detail-oriented professional with:

• 5+ years of Partner-level administrative/secretarial support experience
• Mid to large sized law firm experience, highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• A team-player attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Legal Secretary will:

• Perform general administrative tasks including managing phones, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and calendaring
• Manage attorney billing entries
• Handle documents including revisions and filings
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:

• Salary: $95K - $115K commensurate with experience + annual discretionary bonus
