We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Executive/Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with senior leadership, managing priorities, solving problems proactively, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a dynamic Business Services setting. Client Details This opportunity is with a well-established, mid-sized organization known for its strong presence in the Business Services sector.
The company offers a collaborative and supportive environment, where you'll work alongside dynamic teams, gain valuable exposure, and play a key role in driving operational success. Description Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings effectively. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy. Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives. Oversee and prioritize incoming emails and other communications, ensuring timely responses. Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring all documentation is organized and secure. Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed to support executives' efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Profile A successful Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant should have:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with all levels of an organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
