Location: New York

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily facilities operations, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and oversight of key building systems like HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and building management systems to keep the workplace running smoothly and safely
  • Act as the main liaison for vendors and service providers, handling scheduling, contract coordination, performance oversight, and issue resolution
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting across facility and technical systems, including IPTV and low-voltage cabling, working alongside IT and external partners when needed
  • Help maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including coordinating inspections, fire drills, emergency procedures, and any necessary corrective actions
  • Support overall office operations and employee experience by managing supplies, janitorial services, waste removal, deep cleaning schedules, shared spaces, and internal requests
  • Oversee shipping and receiving activities, including managing high-volume product samples, organizing storage for accessibility, coordinating domestic and international shipments with proper documentation, and arranging donations of excess inventory
  • Coordinate onsite meetings, events, and engagement activities, including vendor sourcing, catering, and setup logistics
  • Assist with office moves, furniture installation, and workspace reconfigurations to support changing business needs
  • Keep accurate records of facilities activity, including maintenance logs, work orders, incident reporting, and inventory tracking
  • Support budgeting and purchasing processes, including monitoring vendor spend and sourcing facilities-related supplies and services
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and building management to support workplace initiatives and maintain a secure environment
Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Facilities experience
