About the Role
Practice Support Administrator – dual focus on administrative support and marketing assistance for Econ’s SCD Practice and Marketing department. Works with multiple stakeholders, requiring strong organization and prioritization skills.
What You’ll Do- Provide essential administrative practice support: calendar management, time entry, expense reimbursement, overall team support.
- Provide essential marketing support: content creation, digital marketing, social media, market analysis, event coordination, internal communications.
- Act as main point of contact to senior leadership to drive initiatives and day‑to‑day processes.
- Manage and maintain application licenses for team tools and platforms.
- Create, proofread, and maintain practice documentation (professional biographies, qualifications, pitch materials, engagement documentation, thought leadership).
- Manage CRM and maintain SharePoint repository for business development, engagements, and other materials.
- Assist with new client opportunities: tracking pursuits, Salesforce entries, conflict checks, drafting engagement letters.
- Support ad‑hoc projects to achieve practice, segment, and firm goals.
- Travel to events or the FTI DC office as needed; hybrid role (3 days in office).

What You Will Need To SucceedBasic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years post‑graduation experience in practice support, business/project management within professional services or related industry.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or related platforms, Canva, Linked In, and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written).
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize competing tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Execution with a sense of urgency and high efficiency.
- Decisive independent judgment.

CompensationMinimum Pay: $54,500—Maximum Pay: $88,000.
