Part-Time Personal Assistant to Entrepreneur
Location: Upper East Side, NYC (In-Person)
Schedule: Approximately 15–20 hours per week | Two mornings onsite each week, with additional flexibility as needed
Compensation: $45–60/hour
A dynamic entrepreneur, executive, and community leader is seeking a highly organized, proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide both personal and administrative support in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Responsibilities- Manage complex personal and professional calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate events, meetings, and community‑related engagements
- Assist with household projects, personal errands, and vendor coordination
- Support home organization and renovation logistics
- Conduct research, track projects, and ensure timely follow‑up on action items
- Draft correspondence, organize information, and prepare materials
- Liaise with household staff, vendors, and external contacts
- Create systems and processes that improve organization and efficiency
- Serve as a trusted right hand, helping manage competing priorities and day‑to‑day operations
- Previous administrative, executive assistant, personal assistant, or project coordination experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable navigating shifting priorities with professionalism and flexibility
- High emotional intelligence with a polished, personable demeanor
- Strong project management skills and a solutions‑oriented mindset
- Experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or high‑profile individuals is a plus
