Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus + Fully Paid Benefits
OverviewA leading global asset management firm is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a highly visible senior executive. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted business partner, managing complex scheduling, travel, communications, and day-to-day executive operations across offices and residences in Connecticut and New York City. This role requires discretion, exceptional judgment, flexibility, and a white-glove approach to executive support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an extremely complex and dynamic calendar across multiple business, personal, and philanthropic commitments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including private aviation, commercial travel, ground transportation, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Act as a strategic gatekeeper, prioritizing meetings, communications, and requests
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up action items
- Liaise with senior executives, investors, board members, family office personnel, advisors, and external stakeholders
- Coordinate seamlessly between Connecticut and New York City locations, ensuring continuity and efficiency across all executive activities
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Assist with special projects, events, investor meetings, and firm initiatives
- Anticipate needs before they arise and proactively solve problems in real time
- Handle occasional personal support responsibilities as needed
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, senior partners, or investment professionals within finance, private equity, hedge funds, asset management, investment banking, or related industries
- Exceptional calendar management and logistical planning skills
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
- Strong executive presence and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- High degree of emotional intelligence, maturity, and discretion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and modern productivity tools
- Experience supporting a CEO, Chairman, Founder, Managing Partner, or Senior Investment Executive
- Prior experience in private equity, hedge funds, alternative investments, family offices, or asset management
- Familiarity with investor relations, board support, and high-net-worth executive environments
- Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience
