Role Overview
As Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the President of North America and two Vice Presidents, supporting leadership effectiveness by managing schedules, communications, and operational priorities. Your role is essential to ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and enabling the region’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the President and Vice Presidents, managing schedules, priorities, and key deliverables.
- Assist in preparing materials, agendas, and briefing documents for meetings and presentations.
- Maintain regular communication with leadership to stay aligned on priorities and upcoming needs.
- Serve as a point of contact between leadership and internal teams, as well as external partners, ensuring clear, accurate, and professional communications.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and support logistics including agendas, materials, and follow‑ups.
- Arrange travel, including booking logistics and preparing itineraries.
- Process and track expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in coordinating team meetings, events, and offsites.
- Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to help leaders stay organized and focused.
- Build strong working relationships across the organization, contributing to a collaborative, positive team environment.
- 2–4 years of professional experience; prior administrative or project coordination experience is a plus.
- In‑office requirement – 5 days a week.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with Teams, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
- Positive team‑oriented mindset with a “no task too small” attitude.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and desire to support others.
The compensation range for this position is $34.00 - $43.00 USD, based on relevant experience and work location.
