Job Purpose
The purpose of a Workplace Facilities Coordinator is to ensure the office environment operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently while supporting a positive employee experience. The role is responsible for coordinating daily facilities operations, managing vendors, and addressing workplace needs to enable employees to be productive and engaged. It also helps maintain compliance, control costs, and support overall workplace strategy.
Responsibilities- Receive, organize, and distribute incoming office deliveries and packages.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with building management, coordinating maintenance requests and communicating updates to office staff.
- Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of office meetings, events, and employee gatherings.
- Process and track invoices for office operations, supplies, and retail-related expenses.
- Monitor office inventory levels and manage the ordering of office supplies, pantry items, and other workplace essentials.
- Ensure the office remains well‑stocked, organized, and operational to support daily business needs.
- 2‑3 years’ experience working in an office facilities environment.
- Results‑oriented and detail‑oriented.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Strong relationship‑building and follow‑up skills.
- Highly effective communicator.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
- Reduced building operating budgets.
- Ensure safety standards are met.
- Seamless execution of facilities/maintenance related tasks, with minimal impact to the business.
- Proactive approach to achieving daily tasks, goals and objectives.
- Seamless partnerships with external vendors.

Compensation and BenefitsExpected base salary for the role will generally be between $30.00 and $36.00 per hour at the commencement of employment. Salary will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at‑will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or departmental performance, and market factors.
