The Role
This is a fast-paced mailroom position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and reliable. Candidates must be flexible and team-oriented, with a willingness to support all areas of the mailroom. This role requires someone who is open to stepping in wherever needed—whether that’s sorting, labeling, scanning, or assisting with different workflows—to help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, sort, and organize incoming mail and documents
- Label documents accurately and ensure proper categorisation for processing
- Sort mail by priority, department, and workflow requirements
- Verify documents for completeness before processing
- Maintain logs of incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with outbound mail and document production
- Support general mailroom operations and step in wherever needed across workflows
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work onsite, 40 hours per week
- Prior mailroom or admin/office experience is a plus
- Team player with a flexible, “pitch in wherever needed” attitude
