United Care ABA is a rapidly growing healthcare company helping children and families access services. As we continue to grow, we're looking for organized, dependable, and motivated professionals who enjoy solving problems, learning new systems, and helping keep a busy operation running smoothly.

This is not a role where you'll spend all day filing paperwork or answering phones.

Every day brings new challenges, new priorities, and new opportunities to learn. One moment you may be helping a family complete documentation. The next, you may be coordinating with providers, tracking important deadlines, troubleshooting an issue, or helping move a case forward.

No ABA experience is required. We will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities Across Two Departments

Meet with us and we will work together to determine which position is the best fit for you. We currently have four open positions.

  • Communicating with families by phone, email, and text
  • Helping families complete required paperwork and documentation
  • Following up on outstanding items and keeping cases moving forward
  • Maintaining accurate records and case information
  • Coordinating with families, providers, and internal departments
  • Assisting with scheduling and administrative support
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring required documents are received
  • Learning and navigating multiple software systems throughout the day
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Comfortable learning and working in multiple software platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Professional, dependable, and accountable
  • Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, Scheduler, Customer Service Representative, HR Assistant, or a similar office-based role is preferred.
