Clerical, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Large corporate office in Midtown Manhattan is currently seeking a Mailroom Clerk.
Job Responsibilities- Collect, sort, organize, and distribute mail in a high-volume mailroom environment.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform document scanning, copying, sorting, and large-scale mail processing.
- Manage shipping and receiving of supplies; process and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and faxes; apply postage as needed.
- Provide basic maintenance and repair support for printers, copiers, and other office equipment.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a mailroom.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer service–oriented approach.
