Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Virtual Assistant/ Remote Admin
Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Rockland County, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting the CEO and COO. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Tappan, NY
Pay Range: $27.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
What's the Job?
- Answer phones, screen calls, and assist callers or pass important calls to executives
- Greet visitors and clients, determine their needs, and provide prompt assistance
- Manage and maintain the calendars and schedules of the CEO and COO
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, events, and build detailed itineraries
- Prepare agendas, record and distribute meeting minutes, and take notes as needed
What's Needed?
- Associates degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
