Office Assistant​/Data Entry Operator

Our client, a reputable organization in the Bedford Hills area, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / Office Assistant to join their team. As a vital member of the administrative support staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data management processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, aligning well with the company's commitment to operational excellence and inclusive work environment.

Job Title: Data Entry Operator / Office Assistant

Location: Bedford Hills, NY

Pay Range: $23.00/hr.

Shift: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Duration: 2-3 months

What's the Job?

• Assist the office with data entry tasks, transferring information from old software to MS Dynamics or Business Central.
• Enter hundreds of inventory parts (SKU numbers) accurately into the new system.
• Maintain and track inventory data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Support administrative functions to facilitate smooth office operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Experience with MS Dynamics or Business Central is preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
