Location: New York

Our client is an early-stage health tech company redefining how people rest, recover, and perform. They’re operating at the intersection of hardware, software, and data — building a product that’s gaining traction with a highly engaged, performance-driven customer base.

They’re looking for an Office Manager who wants to be in it, not around it.

What You’ll Tackle

You’ll own the day-to-day operations of the New York office, making sure everything runs smoothly while also jumping in wherever needed.

Keep the office organized, functional, and running at a high standard.

Own office and kitchen inventory, staying ahead of needs, not reacting to them.

Track expenses, process invoices, and keep things buttoned up operationally.

Plan and execute internal events, meetings, and team moments.

Support onboarding logistics and workspace setup.

Manage front desk flow, visitors, deliveries, and general office coordination.

  • Step into ad hoc projects across operations, HR, and team initiatives.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • A proactive, figure-it-out mindset.
  • Clear and professional communication.
  • Discretion with sensitive information.
  • Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
  • A positive, no-drama, team-first attitude.
Experience
  • 2-3+ years in an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment required.
  • Exposure to budgeting, expense tracking, or vendor coordination.

Compensation: $100-115k
