Exciting Opportunity at MSK – Executive Administrative Partner Real Estate & Operations

MSK is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Executive Administrative Partner (EAP) to support the SVP of Real Estate & Operations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a complex, fast‑paced environment and takes genuine ownership of the work. The EAP serves as a true extension of executive leadership, keeping the office running with precision, staying ahead of what needs to happen, and actively partnering with the SVP on strategic priorities and divisional initiatives.

This role requires a high degree of independence and strong judgment. The SVP leads a large, active division and relies on this person to anticipate needs before they are voiced, identify what needs to move and when, and execute without close oversight. The right candidate looks forward and around corners, not just managing today’s priorities but thinking ahead to what the SVP and the team will need next.

Role Overview Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage a complex executive calendar, proactively identifying conflicts, establishing priorities, and coordinating logistics across a senior leadership team.
  • Draft communications, briefing materials, talking points, and correspondence on behalf of the SVP, with the ability to write clearly and credibly in their voice.
  • Support timekeeping, leave tracking, and administrative coordination for the SVP’s direct reports; serve as a consistent point of contact for the leadership team on operational matters and follow‑through.
  • Process and manage scheduling, contracts, invoices, Coupa and Unifier requests, and Workday transactions with accuracy and follow‑through.
  • Compile data and prepare reports and summaries for executive review.
  • Facilitate non‑employee system access for vendors and long‑term external partners in accordance with MSK processes.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and databases; provide guidance to administrative staff on complex inquiries and processes.
Strategic Planning & Project Support
  • Serve as an operational partner to the SVP on divisional goals and projects, building timelines, tracking deliverables, and driving work to completion.
  • Develop well‑crafted PowerPoint presentations, reports, and project status updates for senior and cross‑functional audiences.
  • Coordinate with internal leaders and external partners, including vendors and consultants, to support initiatives such as productivity analyses, proposals, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Bring structure and focus to multiple concurrent work streams, maintaining project documentation and using systems to keep priorities organized and visible.
  • Support planning and logistics for divisional town halls, leadership offsites, and key institutional initiatives.
Key Qualifications
  • Dynamic experience providing high‑level administrative and project management support to senior executives in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to draft clear, well‑structured materials and correspondence on behalf of the SVP and direct leadership team.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop well‑crafted executive level presentations and reports.
  • Advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite:
    PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience with Workday transactions, budget and contract management tools such as Coupa or Unifier is an advantage.
