Immediate need for a talented Administrative Business Partner (Admin Assistant). This is an 11+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential.

Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid sick leave (depending on location).

Key requirements and technology experience:

  • Corporate Administrative Business Partner in the financial services industry
  • Handling and supporting C-suite / C-level executives
  • Expense tracking system / Concur
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Minimum 8 years of corporate administrative experience, preferably at a large global organization in the financial services industry (max 10 years)
  • Superior time management, detail orientation, flexibility; able to handle many concurrent assignments and meet deadlines with high accuracy in a high-pressure environment
  • Keen collaborator, proficient at working closely with others on a team and in an evolving work environment
  • Operate with discretion, handling sensitive/confidential information
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to take initiative and produce results; self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
  • Experience with automated expense tracking and travel tools (ideally Concur)
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
