JCCA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to support our Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for a multidisciplinary team serving youth ages 10–21 with complex mental health needs. About the ProgramJCCA’s Youth ACT program provides intensive, community-based support to youth and families, helping prevent hospitalization and support successful transitions back home. Services are team-based and highly coordinated, family-driven and youth-guided, focused on improving stability, functioning, and long-term well-being

The Program Assistant is a key non-clinical team member responsible for administrative coordination, data management, and operational support
.
You will manage client records, support billing and reporting processes, coordinate communication, and ensure the program runs efficiently while maintaining compliance with ACT model standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client records and program data systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with C-SPOA to track and obtain required documentation
- Support revenue cycle processes
, including tracking and reporting - Maintain budget and expenditure records for the program
- Provide front-line support by triaging calls and coordinating communication with families and team members
- Participate in team meetings and maintain consistent communication with staff
- Monitor and report on program performance metrics
- Support administrative operations and special projects as needed
- High School Diploma or GED;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced setting
(e.g., healthcare, mental health, residential programs, or human services) - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing data systems, records, and budgets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new platforms
- Professional and courteous communication style
Salary: $24.72 per hour ($45K annually) + differential offered for Spanish language skills
