Position Summary:

The position supports the director of Production, with layout, budgeting, forecasting, and billing. This is a temporary position, for no more than three months.

Position Responsibilities:

• Set up projects remotely as needed.
• Print projects on digital copiers as directed by the Department Manager or Assistant Manager of Production.
• Layout files as needed for copying and binding.
• Sort, process mail and deliver packages to end user.
• Interact with customers via email.
• Ensure branding requirements are met on all print projects.

Experience & Educational Background:

• High School degree or equivalent.
• At least one year of printing experience.
• Familiarity with printing and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to print and bind projects as needed.
• Ability to use mail terminal and send out packages as needed.
• Ability to cut and mount printed projects.
• Ability to work in person on campus.

Salary Range: $27.05 - $27.05 per hour
