Job Overview
Intake Assistant is responsible for providing superior customer service to clients while addressing questions and concerns. The Intake Assistant will verify all patients' contact information, ensuring it is correct in the database, and will call patients and/or family members to set up upcoming nurse home visits.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years recent work experience, preferably in customer service or home care
- Strong verbal skills and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Must have open availability to complete in-office training in Brooklyn
Salary commensurate with experience.
