Key Responsibilities Reception & Front Office Management

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion and efficiency.
  • Maintain conference and meeting room bookings and daily schedules.
  • Ensure a tidy and welcoming reception area that reflects the organization’s standards.
Confidentiality & Discretion
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work, including personnel matters, executive communications, and proprietary information.
Office Coordination
  • Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.
  • Liaise with vendors, building management, and service providers as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees and visitors.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate, financial, or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with grace under pressure.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
