5 days a week. WED-SUNDAY (Weekends required)
Pay Rate - $25/hr-$28/hr
Contract to Length: 3-6 month Contract potential to extend

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Leasing & Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day leasing operations. This role is responsible for managing high volumes of inbound inquiries, coordinating property tours, and providing a professional and welcoming experience to prospective residents.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple systems and communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage inbound phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Respond to leasing inquiries through online platforms, email, and other communication tools
  • Schedule and coordinate property tours for prospective residents
  • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding availability, pricing, and property details
  • Maintain organized records of inquiries, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments
  • Utilize multiple software systems and Microsoft Office to support daily operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive first impression of the property
Requirements (Must Haves)
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing or client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills (polished, professional, and responsive)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems and platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of inquiries
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
Preferred Qualities
  • Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management support
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
