We specialize in the development and conversion of self-storage facilities across the United States, delivering high-quality projects efficiently and h more than 1.5 million square feet completed and an expanding pipeline of developments, we are continuing to grow our team and operations from our Financial District headquarters.

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, and professional Office Receptionist who will be responsible for the day to day operation of the reception desk and the office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and callers while ensuring the office environment remains welcoming, organized, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer any incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Manage visitor check-in procedures and notify hosts of arriving guests
  • Coordinate and set up catered lunches, meetings, and office events
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling.
  • Stock and maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas
  • Order and manage office supplies and products, ensuring adequate inventory levels
  • Submit and track maintenance requests and work orders with building management and vendors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Assist with mail and package distribution
  • Support administrative projects and general office operations as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple requests from tenants and visitors
  • Experience working with vendors, maintenance teams, and office supply ordering systems
