- Office Coordination: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls; greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff or program areas.
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate staff meetings, and arrange virtual or in‑person conference logistics.
- Document Management: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, and reports using standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace).
- Data & Records: Maintain, update, and organize physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity in agency databases.
- Mail & Operations: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries; monitor and order office supplies as needed.
