Workplace Operations Associate (Contract) Position Overview
We are seeking a polished and professional Workplace Operations Associate to support daily office operations in a small, high-visibility environment. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, delivering a “white glove” experience while ensuring the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a critical, client‑facing role requiring strong organizational skills, reliability, and a welcoming, proactive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring a professional and organized environment
- Greet visitors and clients with a high level of professionalism and hospitality
- Provide a “white glove” service experience for high-profile guests
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
- Coordinate and schedule conference rooms, meetings, and calls
- Assist employees with general office requests
- Restock office supplies and snacks as needed
- Serve as a liaison to the Manager of Office Services
- Maintain consistent punctuality and attendance
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presentation and demeanor, especially when interacting with high-profile clients
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a small office environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Teams experience is a plus)
- Small office setting (approximately 30 employees)
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Fully onsite role
- Ideal candidate is personable, positive, and takes initiative to build relationships within the office
- Assignment expected to last approximately 2–3 months, with potential for extension
Pay Rate Range: $22.00-$27.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)
