CGS is seeking an experienced Records Management Specialist to provide administrative support for a large Federal agency initiative. The role involves managing electronic records, delivering training, and ensuring high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational and Time Management

    Skills:

    Proven track record of managing records, files, and data accurately and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability with Technology:
    Comfortable using electronic records systems and quickly learning new software to enhance productivity.
  • Training and Development Capabilities:
    Experience delivering training, creating clear instructional materials, and facilitating learning sessions.
  • Effective Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal skills for documentation, team coordination, and end-user support.
  • Team-Oriented with Independent Drive:
    Collaborative and self-motivated, capable of working independently and contributing to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience focused on client satisfaction.
  • Background in records or data management, including organization, maintenance, and retrieval of information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and related applications, such as the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with electronic recordkeeping systems or document management platforms.
  • Prior training experience, including designing, writing, and facilitating training modules.
