At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a Campus Coordinator who brings strong capability in Early careers & Campus recruitment hiring and is motivated to contribute to real, measurable results.
As a Coordinator for Early Careers and Campus, you will provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of a client Campus Coordination Team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.
Key Accountabilities- Managing various coordination activities that would be specific to the account and ensuring those are processed in a timely manner
- Managing various ad-hoc coordination activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
- Updating the applicant tracking system as and when required and ensuring data accuracy at all times
- Completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
- Management of day-to-day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
- Completing daily and weekly productivity trackers in a timely and accurate manner
- Cooperating with recruiters and hiring managers when required
- Good written and spoken English language skills plus other languages as appropriate to the client-specific requirements
- Excel skills required
- Good communication skills including telephone manner
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $48,300 – $63,600, plus applicable benefits.
This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
