Assistant ADV
We are looking for an Assistant ADV to strengthen our team at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence. If you are organized, proactive, and ready to take on administrative challenges at the heart of the sales cycle, this position is for you! Your key missions:
- Update information in our internal software.
- Manage supplier orders and ensure their follow-up.
- Make follow-ups.
- Handle emails and calls.
- Supervise deliveries and manage any disputes and returns.
- Take charge of invoicing and issuing receipts.
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- You have a BAC+2 or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- You are proficient in an ERP system (ideally SAGE) and comfortable with the Chorus portal.
- You are organized, meticulous, and enjoy working in a structured environment.
