Assistant ADV

We are looking for an Assistant ADV to strengthen our team at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence. If you are organized, proactive, and ready to take on administrative challenges at the heart of the sales cycle, this position is for you! Your key missions:

  • Update information in our internal software.
  • Manage supplier orders and ensure their follow-up.
  • Make follow-ups.
  • Handle emails and calls.
  • Supervise deliveries and manage any disputes and returns.
  • Take charge of invoicing and issuing receipts.

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

  • You have a BAC+2 or equivalent.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You are proficient in an ERP system (ideally SAGE) and comfortable with the Chorus portal.
  • You are organized, meticulous, and enjoy working in a structured environment.
