Position: Junior Executive Assistant (3+ years) - Private Equity
Location: New York

A leading global investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join its New York City office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with senior professionals and leadership teams.

About the Role

This position will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of professionals, with a primary focus on complex travel coordination, expense management, calendar support, and team coverage. The role offers significant exposure across the organization and the opportunity to become a trusted partner within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Manage monthly expense reporting and reconciliation
  • Provide calendar management and scheduling support
  • Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to provide team coverage and administrative support
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as needed
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of Executive Assistant or related administrative experience
  • Experience supporting professionals in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and One Drive
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
