About the RoleThis position will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of professionals, with a primary focus on complex travel coordination, expense management, calendar support, and team coverage. The role offers significant exposure across the organization and the opportunity to become a trusted partner within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements
- Manage monthly expense reporting and reconciliation
- Provide calendar management and scheduling support
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to provide team coverage and administrative support
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives as needed
- 3–5+ years of Executive Assistant or related administrative experience
- Experience supporting professionals in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and One Drive
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability
- Bachelor's degree preferred
