About the Role

Join our team as a Client Support Coordinator, supporting clients by coordinating vacation plans and ensuring a smooth and well‑organized planning experience from start to finish. In this role, you will assist individuals and families as they prepare for vacations by organizing itinerary details, coordinating reservations, and ensuring that all arrangements are clearly outlined and easy to follow. Your primary focus will be delivering a seamless experience through strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

You will assist with coordinating vacation arrangements such as accommodations, transportation, and scheduled activities. Many plans involve multiple steps and confirmations, so maintaining organization and accuracy is essential. You will help ensure that all reservation details are properly confirmed and aligned within each itinerary.

Communication is a key part of this role. You will provide updates, help organize planning details, and ensure that all information is clearly communicated so clients feel confident and prepared. You will also assist with tracking progress and following up on outstanding planning items.

This position is fully remote and well suited for individuals who enjoy working with clients, organizing detailed plans, and supporting a positive coordination experience. Training is provided.
