Location:

Syracuse, NY area (Cicero / North Syracuse)
Pay:  $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Adecco is assisting a local organization in  North Syracuse, NY / Cicero area  with hiring a  Bilingual Administrative / Customer Service Assistant  on a  temp-to-hire  basis.
This is an office-based front desk position and is a great fit for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

The person in this role will support a busy office environment by greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, routing questions to the appropriate department, assisting with data entry, and helping with general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, reliable, and able to provide excellent service to both English- and Spanish-speaking members and visitors.

Responsibilities include:

Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional front desk experience

Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly customer service

Assist English- and Spanish-speaking members, visitors, and callers

Route calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries to the appropriate department or contact

Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed

Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in internal systems

Assist with basic Excel tasks, document preparation, filing, scanning, and recordkeeping

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Support the office team with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Strong customer service experience required

Bilingual in Spanish & English

Previous administrative, receptionist, front desk, call center, or office support experience

Professional phone presence and strong communication skills

Comfortable greeting walk-in visitors and assisting callers throughout the day

Accurate data entry and basic computer skills

Basic Excel skills preferred

Ability to learn internal systems and processes quickly

Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy office environment

Pay Details:  $20.00 per hour
