Executive Assistant To CEO & COO

Our client, a dynamic organization in the consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking an Executive Assistant to CEO & COO to join their team. As an Executive Assistant to CEO & COO, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $27

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM Temp-Perm Opportunity

What's the Job?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding all matters related to the CEO and COO.
  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, prioritize inquiries, and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts efficiently.
  • Organize executive meetings, board retreats, and leadership team gatherings to ensure seamless execution.
  • Draft, edit, and send correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive team.
  • Coordinate special projects, corporate events, facility tours, and community sponsor ships, ensuring deadlines are met.

What's Needed?

  • 3–5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior management or C-level executives.
  • Previous experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food and beverage manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential information with diplomacy.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is a plus.
