CBRE -  - Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all entrants to the facility and greet employees and guests;
Issue visitor and parking passes and enforce security protocols;
Answer phones professionally and present information to internal teams or large groups;
Organize on-site events, secure spaces, and manage setup/teardown and supplies;
Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, onboarding, and vendor interactions
