Job Summary
The Manager, Executive Office is a senior administrative leader supporting the Management Team at Tory Burch, acting as a strategic partner and operational anchor to maximize leadership effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary operational partner, ensuring priorities, workflows, and communications run smoothly across the enterprise.
- Anticipate and manage personal and professional needs of the Management Team, coordinating appointments and related tasks.
- Oversee complex calendar management, prioritize commitments, and proactively remove obstacles to maximize effectiveness.
- Prepare executive briefings, talking points, presentations, and materials for internal and external meetings.
- Act as the primary liaison between leadership and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Resolve complex administrative and operational challenges independently, using sound judgment and organizational expertise.
- Partner effectively with the Executive Administrative Team to provide coordinated, high‑quality support.
- Handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion and maintain a network of strategic relationships.
- Manage all Board of Directors logistics, including agendas, calendars, materials, and meeting coordination.
- Oversee Board travel, T&E, market‑visit planning, catering, and meeting setup/breakdown.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and service‑oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment.
- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic corporate environment and remain flexible.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrate leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives at the President or C‑suite level.
- Prior Board of Directors experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of exercising independent judgment in complex situations.
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive business information.
Salary range: $ – $ USD, based on relevant experience and work location.
